Located off scenic State Highway 38 in Northern Minnesota

After driving one of the state's most scenic and quiet highways (The Edge of the Wilderness National Scenic Byway - State Highway 38) you will arrive at Kokomo.  The resort is located 26 miles north of Grand Rapids.  Our asphalt driveway connects directly with the Scenic Byway - so there are no long, dusty dirt roads to drive on.  Our location also makes it easy to get around to see the Chippewa National Forest, Grand Rapids, and all this area has to offer.  We are located just two miles from Marcell, which has three restaurants, bait shop and store, laundry facilities, and a post office.
